Privacy Policy

Shipping & Shipping Times:

Currently, Shipping charges cannot be calculated at checkout. Once order is filled, and boxed, shipping costs will be calculated and processed on a separate transaction. Our actual costs are what you are billed, we do not mark up shipping. Keep in mind, UPS rates are based upon dimensional weight, and bodywork, seats, and tires will carry charges based upon the box size. Every attempt is made to use the smallest packaging that will still offer protection to the products.

Most parts and component orders received before 2pm will ship on the same day. Blocks and Cylinder heads are built to order, and may take up to 1-1/2 weeks to ship. Racing Engines are custom built and may in extremely busy times take up to 3 weeks to ship. We make every possible effort to fill orders as quickly as possible. Any unusual delays will be communicated to you.

Returns and Exchanges:

Parts may be returned for exchange or refund if item is a re sellable condition and has not been used. Parts that have been installed, modified or used are not eligible for return. Special order items such as engines, blocks, and heads are generally not returnable.

Shipping charges are not refundable and all parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the reason for return is our fault. Restocking fees are waived on parts that are exchanged for other products.

All returns must be authorized. Contact us via phone or email before return. Items returned without approval may be refused or returned.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
